Public Proxy Server Access:

• One of the risks associated with using automated programs to check your search engine ranking is the risk of having the IP address of your PC banned where you perform the search queries. You can choose from a list of public proxy servers or you can input your own to perform Ranking, Top 10 Spy and Links Plus+ tool queries to safely access the search engines through a public proxy server.

• We maintain the list of public proxy servers and notify you when updates are available for download.

• The proxy server host address can be entered as an IP address or URL.

• The port number normally defaults to 80, or 8080 but check your connections settings carefully if you have trouble establishing a connection.

• A Proxy Username and Proxy Password is usually not required for public proxy servers.
