Outgoing Mail (SMTP):

  • SEO Studio utilizes your Internet service provider's SMTP server for sending reports from SEO Studio. Before you can utilize this feature you have to input the SMTP server address and logon ID settings if required by your ISP. You can easily find out what your SMTP server connection settings are from your current Email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. Simply look up the information under the Account dialog for the Mail settings, SMTP Server properties.

Click on the or buttons to save your changes.

Note:
If you are unable to locate your SMTP settings in Microsoft Outlook or your default Email client please contact your ISP to get this information. The SMTP port address is 25, which is in most cases the default SMTP server address, you may change this number if required by your ISP.

Tip:
If your PC is connected to the Internet through a corporate network system you may not need to input the SMTP server password. The network administrator normally set this and by entering a password you may be denied access to the SMTP server.
