The Main Menubar:

File:

• New Profile: create a new profile, prompting you for a profile name

• Open: open an existing profile

• Configure Profile: change your profile settings such as your website address, contact information, and client specific settings for report customization options

• Export Profiles: export complete or partial SEO Studio profiles including tool settings, reports and email templates

• Import Profiles: import complete or partial SEO Studio profiles including tool settings, reports and email templates

• Duplicating Profile: export a complete or partial SEO Studio profile including tool settings, reports and email templates to a new profile

• Close: close a profile (You will be prompted to save any changes to the current profile)

• Save: save any changes to the currently selected open profile

• Close All: close all open profiles (You will be prompted to save any changes to all open profiles)

• Exit: exits the application (You will be prompted to save any changes to all open profiles)

Edit:

• Cut: cuts selected text to the Windows clipboard

• Copy: copies selected text to the Windows clipboard

• Paste: pastes the Windows clipboard text to where the cursor is located

• Select All selects all text in the currently selected text box, report, or HTML display window

• Find (on This Page) ... displays a search window when a report, HTML source, or web page is displayed

View:

• Toolbar: turns the Toolbar On or Off

• Profile Explorer / Instant Help: shows or hides the Profile Explorer and Instant Help

• Statusbar: turns the Statusbar On or Off

Run:

• Start: start execution of the currently selected SEO Studio tool

• Stop: stop execution of the currently running SEO Studio tool

Tools:

• Site Submission: use this tool to automatically or manually submit your website to search engines and directories

• Keyword Analyzer: choose this tool if you want to see the Keyword highlighted on interactive web pages, and reporting Keyword analysis statistics

• Page Rank: run the Ranking analysis tool to view ranking results for specific domains and Keywords

• Top 10 Spy: use this tool if you want to compare your pages against the competition based on specific Keywords

• Links Plus+: use this tool to find potential link partners and manage existing ones

• Scheduler: use this tool to automatically run SEO Studio Ranking, Submission, and Top 10 Spy reports

• Options: define application settings for Connection, Proxy Server, SMTP mail server and Reporting options

Account:

• Enter License Info..: use this menu option to enter your SEO Studio license information and register SEO Studio.

• Change Password..: click on this menu option if you wish to change your SEO Studio account password

• Purchase License..: opens the Trendmetrix website secure ordering web page where you can purchase SEO Studio licenses and search engine database updates.

Help:

• SEO Studio Help... F1: this menu option will open the help file you are currently viewing

• Instant Help : opens context sensitive help topics that relate to the SEO Studio tool you are currently using

• Tip of the Day...: view the Tip of the Day dialog and set options to automatically load when SEO Studio starts

• SEO Studio News opens the SEO Studio latest news and announcements page in SEO Studio

• Check for Updates initiates a connection with the SEO Studio database and checks for any new software or search engine database updates

• On-line Support: opens the SEO Studio support page within your default web browser

• SEO Training opens your default browser window and displays the SEO Studio training site located at www.trendmx.com/seo-training-course

• SEO Studio FAQ: opens the SEO Studio online FAQ page in your default browser

• Trendmetrix on the Web: opens the Trendmetrix home page in your default browser

• About SEO Studio: displays the current version of SEO Studio and registered user information
